Mr. Hokon Stephen Yoo is an experienced commercial transactions lawyer who represents clients in matters involving a wide variety of complex contracts, including purchase agreements, software licensing agreements between US and foreign companies, vendor agreements for online market place, investment agreements and proposals, international commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and employment agreements. He also assists clients in preparing compliance reports for federal agencies such as the FCC, FTC, and SEC.
Mr. Yoo is a native Korean speaker and provides consultation relating to trademark and incorporation matters for US-based foreign companies. He also coordinates out-of-state litigation for foreign clients in contract disputes and product liability matters. Mr. Yoo also speaks Mandarin Chinese and Japanese.
