Michael Lynch is a corporate litigator with over 30 years of experience as a defense attorney specializing in construction litigation, professional liability defense and corporate litigation, especially as to non-compete agreements. He has litigated a wide variety of cases, including wrongful death claims, involving major construction firms in the State of Connecticut, and handled claims involving construction worksite defects, OSHA violations and defective construction equipment. He has also handled professional liability claims involving real estate brokers, attorneys, accountants, architects, surveyors and medical providers. His litigation work includes arbitrations, civil trial work and appellate work at both the Appellate and Supreme Courts of Connecticut. He also assists entrepreneurs and small business owners with a variety of services including business incorporations and employment disputes. In addition to his trial work, Mr. Lynch has served as an private and court-appointed arbitrator, a mediator and attorney trial referee.
