A trial attorney, Ericka Esposito-Kull defends an array of personal injury, premises liability, property damage, and products liability matters. She has successfully defended cases through all phases of litigation, including arbitration and trial, in Philadelphia and its surrounding counties. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a litigation associate in the Blue Bell, Pennsylvania office of an Insurance Defense firm and was a member of the Special Investigations Unit team. Ericka also regularly sits as an arbitrator in Montgomery County. She has been admitted pro hac vice to handle cases in various states.
Ericka is an active member of the Defense Research Institute, the leading organization of civil defense attorneys and in-house counsel in the United States. She holds leadership positions on DRI’s Women in the Law and Young Lawyers Committees. Ericka is also active in the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel and Pennsylvania Defense Institute. She Co-Chairs the Young Lawyers Committee of PDI.
Ericka earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law. During law school, she served as an Associate Editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal, co-chair of the National Trial Team, a judicial intern to the Honorable Denis P. Cohen, Justice of Phi Alpha Delta's law fraternity, and head coach for Phi Alpha Delta's mock trial competition team. She also received the Spirit Award for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal and assisted her Legal Writing Professor, Mitchell J. Nathanson, with research pertaining to sports and employment law issues.
Ericka earned her Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society and minored in Political Science at DeSales University. She pitched for DeSales’ softball team, worked as a peer mentor to incoming students, served as a Resident Advisor for upper classmen, and competed on the school’s mock trial team.
In her free time, Ericka enjoys working out, spending time with friends and family, playing with her puppy Marshall, watching sports, and fearlessly cheering on the New York Yankees.
