Download vCardSei Joon (Steve) Park is a partner in the firm’s New York City office, where he specializes in representing Korean companies in a wide variety of complex disputes, including products liability, inland marine transportation disputes, class action and commercial litigation. As a national counsel, he has defended and represented Korean manufacturers of various products, such as tires, excavators, lathes, lithium ion battery cells, microwave ovens, refrigerators, and televisions, in high exposure cases filed in state and federal courts, including development of defense strategies and management of the discovery process. He has also assisted a major tire manufacturer on product recalls and regulatory compliance.
